USA WEEKEND & VH1 POP QUIZ:
Do you know the '90s?
Admit it: You still wear your loudly patterned Zubaz pants to the gym, spout off the lyrics to Lou Bega's Mambo No. 5, refuse to forgive Bills kicker Scott Norwood for missing that Super Bowl field goal against the Giants, and never, ever talk about "Fight Club."
VH1's "I Love the '90s" series begins Monday at 9 p.m. ET.

VH1 feels your pain. That's why the music channel will rehash some of the '90s best and worst moments -- the Spice Girls, grunge fashion, the rise of the Internet -- in its new pop-culture series, "I Love the '90s," which premieres this week, covering two years per night Monday through Friday from 9 to 11 p.m. ET.
Regular commentators Mo Rocca, Michael Ian Black and Hal Sparks (on "I Love the '70s" and "I Love the '80s") are back to lend their humorous insight into 10 years of sex scandals, one-hit wonders and prime-time Aaron Spelling soap operas. Other notable stars deconstructing the decade include musician Jason Mraz, Rachel ("The O.C.") Bilson, Jerry Springer, tennis star Venus Williams, and such '90s icons as Susan Powter, Jaleel "Urkel" White and the members of Wilson Phillips.

Shannen on the '90s
Shannen Doherty stands next to a Mazda Miata. It was all the rage a decade ago, but the actress had her own 1990s "It" car: a dark gray limited-edition Mercedes produced during a short collaboration between Mercedes and Porsche. "It was fast and powerful, and it felt really safe, but at the same time it had speed -- not that you can do anything about that in L.A. [traffic], but it's nice to know that it's there," she says.
For Doherty, now 33, the '90s was a time of learning and growing up, she says, mostly in the public eye starring as Brenda Walsh on Beverly Hills, 90210. The show helped define that decade, she says, because it was one of the first dramatic series to focus on teens and their problems. When she and four co-stars traveled to London early in the show's run, they realized the impact they had already made on pop culture. "The fact that the fans were actually chasing us through the street gave us a pretty good idea that the show had become huge," says the actress, who now wants to work more behind the camera and is currently developing two shows with producer Gavin Polone ("Curb Your Enthusiasm").
With all the on- and off-screen angst she endured in the '90s, Doherty admits that she's happy to put the past behind her. "I don't miss myself from the '90s. I don't miss any of my boyfriends. Or husbands," she says, laughing. "That would be the most truthful answer I could possibly give you."

SCORE YOURSELF: HOW WELL DO YOU KNOW THE '90s?
You're the Bomb (18-22 correct): You're all that and a bag of chips. You're so money that you never missed an episode of "90210," you have a strong opinion on which Becky from "Roseanne" was better, you were heartbroken when Hugh Grant cheated on Elizabeth Hurley, and you still wonder how Audrey Horne tied that cherry stem into a knot on "Twin Peaks." We've gotta give you props for getting jiggy with our '90s quiz.
You Go, Girl (12-17 correct): It's all good. Your phat score shows that you're smokin' when it comes to the '90s. You may not know exactly how much cash Brad Pitt stole in "Thelma & Louise," but you'll never forget those rock-hard abs. You followed Mulder and Scully on their out-there adventures, and you owned your fair share of Tamagotchis and Beanie Babies.
As If (6-11 correct): Whatever. You're so clueless, you can't remember the names of '90s TV shows because they all sound the same to you. You don't even know if Urkel was on "Family Matters" or "Home Improvement" (it was "Family Matters"). You're pretty sure you watched "Pretty Woman" (who hasn't?), but to you "Party of Five" is what the maitre d' says when your table is ready.
Don't Go There (0-5 correct): Oh, snap! Your score is totally wack. Were you even here in the '90s? You missed out on some great stuff: Saved by the Bell (the original and "The New Class"), the Macarena, "Weekend at Bernie's II," the boy-band phenomenon. ... Well, maybe it's a good thing you're so oblivious!
