Old flames burn the hottest
First loves reuniting is a trendy theme in entertainment today. Recent movies like "Before Sunset" and TLC's reality show "Second Chance" are centered on rekindled romances. But you don't have to settle for vicariously reliving the thrill of holding hands with your first love. You can search him or her out on the Internet.
Go online to rekindle a romance with an old classmate or fellow Army brat.

Using Classmates.com is one of the most popular ways to catch up with your high school honey. You can create a profile for yourself (by answering a series of questions) and look up that special someone you passed notes to in class or shared a tuna sandwich with at lunch. A reunion center helps planners orchestrate the next big event.
No luck there? Try Reunion.com. Started by Jeff Tinsley -- who reconnected at a high school reunion with the woman who later became his wife -- this site will notify you via e-mail when a member searches for you.
Or at MaidenName.net you can find that elusive first boyfriend or girlfriend and post a message, even if he or she has remarried more often than Elizabeth Taylor.
For those who had parents in the military, military-brats.com might be a useful way to reconnect with a love who moved overseas when Dad got reassigned. There's still time to sign up for the site's "Every Brat Has a Story" inaugural cruise next April.
Of course, not all reconnections go smoothly. If you get the cold shoulder, try lostlovers.com, a site started by psychologist Nancy Kalish, the author of "Lost and Found Lovers: Facts and Fantasies of Rekindled Romances." Here at least you can find support on message boards.
