NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. Contest open to children in grades 6 through 12 who are legal residents of the United States (excluding Puerto Rico). Employees of USA WEEKEND Magazine and Gannett Satellite Information Network (collectively, "Sponsors"), their respective affiliated companies, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members of such employees are ineligible. To enter: (1) Answer the survey questions on the form above and mail your completed survey to the address above; or (2) log on to usaweekend.com, click on TEEN SURVEY and complete a survey form online. Only one entry per person. Contest begins at 12:01 a.m. ET on 10/21/05, and all entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. ET on 12/15/05. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received. Two winners will be chosen in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received to be held on or about 2/10/06. 1st prize: Two students (and one chaperon each) will win a trip to USA WEEKEND's McLean, Va., offices to help edit a special report on the survey results (ARV: $1,500, which may vary depending on winners' departure locations). 1st prize package includesround-trip airfare from major airport nearest winner's home to Washington, D.C., and three-day/three-night hotel accommodations.
