What is Whoopi Goldberg's real name? How many times has she been married? And who is the significant other she speaks about on "The View?"
Pat Ueberbacher, Bethlehem, Conn.

Whoopi's given name is Caryn Johnson. She's been married three times and counts Ted Danson and Frank Langella among her past long-term loves. As for her current significant other, her PR people won't say more than Whoopi reveals on "The View," which purposely isn't much.

How do Princes William and Harry get along with their stepmother, Camilla, the Duchess of Cornwall, knowing that Princess Diana hated her so much? Do you think that when the princes wed, their wives will get the same cold treatment Princess Diana got from the royals?
Linda Cummings, Louisville

Family acceptance of William's or Harry's spouse will depend on the women they choose. But there is no doubt the royals have learned from their experience with Diana. They will be more than warm and accepting; they will better prepare their future daughters-in-law for royal life. As for Camilla, the princes can't be expected to hold their mother's grudge. Their acceptance of Camilla should be seen as respect for their father, not disrespect for their mother's memory.

"When you have kids, it changes your entire brain," says Semi-Pro's manager Andy Richter. He has two, ages 7 and 2, so it's no surprise that Richter, 41, tells us he is narrating an audio version of the children's book "I Stink!" and voicing the lemur Mort in a "Madagascar" sequel and a spinoff Nickelodeon series. Among Richter's grown-up work is a recurring role on CBS' "The New Adventures of Old Christine." He hopes to return. "I was with the writers on the picket lines," he says of the now-settled writers guild strike, "and they said they had more ideas for my character, Stan."

What do you know about Kyle Schmid, who starred in the Lifetime vampire series "Blood Ties?"
Nicole Perri, Bronx, N.Y.

Before "Blood Ties," Schmid did commercials and a little acting. "I thought I'd stop when I went to college," he says via e-mail. But the encouragement from those he met kept the drive alive, which led to roles in "A History of Violence" and "Blood Ties." These days, Schmid, 23, is finishing postproduction for the "Joy Ride" sequel. Also, there are still talks about a second season of "Blood Ties," and "I enjoy continuing to write and produce my own short films." As for a girlfriend? "I may or may not be dating someone; that's all I'm giving you."

Read more of our interview with Butler at usaweekend.com.

Broadway's current ingénue is Kerry Butler, a Brooklyn native starring in the surprise smash "Xanadu." The musical is an adaptation of the campy '80s flick, which starred Olivia Newton-John. "[Newton-John] came opening night, and that was the only time that I was nervous because I do make fun of her a little bit," Butler, 36, confesses. "She came up to me afterwards and said, 'You got me exactly. You even got my gawky stand.' " Butler also appears as a conniving fashion assistant on NBC's "Lipstick Jungle," and her debut album, "Faith, Trust & Pixie Dust," is due May 13.
