Lack of time is a main reason college students neglect their personal fitness, says Daphne Oz, who wrote "Dorm Room Diet" as a student at Princeton. The daughter of Oprah's go-to doc, Mehmet Oz, offers her fitness tips:

Make realistic commitments, such as just 20 minutes in the gym, instead of an hour.

Swap coffee breaks for a brisk walk -- you'll burn calories and get a more lasting energy boost.

At a party, move, dance, mingle. It'll help make up for a pizza-fueled study session the night before.
