Patrick Ecclesine spent the last four years photographing the people on L.A.'s Sunset Boulevard. The result is a book, "Faces of Sunset Boulevard." "The famed Boulevard of Dreams runs through the poorest and richest neighborhoods ... It's the heart of the city," says Ecclesine, 33. Also, "it's the street I was born on." Some shoots were simpler than the negotiations to land them; among his famous subjects is Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger. Says Ecclesine, "It was a series of battles with triumphs and defeats."

I hope that Julia Roberts, who produced the excellent movie "Kit Kittredge: An American Girl," will produce more American Girl movies. Sharon Baber, Indianapolis
She's on it. Goldsmith-Thomas Productions, which produced "Kit" with Roberts, is developing another American Girl movie, a musical, about Julie Albright. "Kit" was the third AG movie that Roberts produced; the others were TV movies about the historical dolls Samantha and Felicity.

My sister is smitten with Ben Lyons of E!'s "The Daily 10." Is he married? Any projects in the works? Elisabeth Anne Munoz, Springfield, Va.
Lyons, 27, is not married. And given that he covers showbiz, DJs at L.A. hot spots and has regular TV gigs, it's probably best that he's single right now. He's E!'s "resident film expert," covering the red carpet, reviewing films and writing his blog, The Lyons Den. Since September, he's been co-hosting the syndicated "At the Movies."

One of my favorite characters on "NCIS" is lab specialist Abby, played by Pauley Perrette. Abby's signature beverage is Caf-Pow. Is there really such a drink, and where can I get it?
Tim Hill, Webster, N.Y.
You're not the first to wonder where to buy a Caf-Pow, CBS says. Viewers from around the world ask where to get it. Alas, it is a fictional drink -- made up of secret ingredients, of course.

I read "Girls Like Us" and now want to know all about Joni Mitchell's current life. Does she still perform? Is she married? And what about the daughter she found? Shelley Hoffman, Danville, Ill.
Mitchell continues a relationship with her only child, Kilauren Gibb, whom she had given up for adoption as a baby. After lots of famous men, plus two failed marriages, Mitchell is single at 65. She stopped recording and performing in 2002 to paint but released "Shine" in 2007 on Starbucks' label.

John Allan looks, at 50-something, like the baseball player he was in high school. But now he's a men's grooming impresario -- he even shaved Sting onstage this fall -- and opened his fifth salon earlier this month in Chicago. "The Refiner," as "Men's Vogue" called him, learned early that men will take care of themselves: "They just need a comfortable place to do it." With pool tables, cappuccino bars and luxury, he provides.

Day 26, the five young men who came together on P. Diddy's reality show "Making the Band," couldn't be more grateful for this year. They toured, put out an album and had several catchy singles. No wonder they have been called a supergroup. They don't let it go to their heads, says Willie Taylor, who sometimes acts as spokesman. "We're honestly like brothers. Problems get worked out. We pray together." Day 26 also listen to mentor Diddy, who tells them: "There's always somebody in life trying to take your spot. You've got to work hard; you've got to be prepared."
