For men age 20-40, the ideal body-fat percentages is 15-20%.
For men age 50+, the ideal body-fat percentages is 22-23%.
For women age 20-40, the ideal body-fat percentages is 18-23%.
For women age 50+, the ideal body-fat percentages is 26-27%.
