The challenge: You're married or in a long-term relationship. Now that Valentine's Day is long gone, how do you to keep the embers burning until next Feb. 14?

We asked Patti Stanger, TV's “Millionaire Matchmaker.” She shares her strategies for how to keep your love alive:

Be intimate often. Lack of sex is the biggest problem in couples' lives, she says. Find simple ways to promote intimacy: Take a bubble bath together; watch a romantic comedy. “You can be creative,” she says.

Argue constructively. Don't fight below the belt. Because couples know each other so well, they know how to “push that button you know is going to set them off.” Stop before you do it.

Find fun every day. “Make the routine fun, even if it's just doing errands.” Example: If you always cook, find ways your partner can help.

Turn off the tech. When you're out for a romantic night, don't bring your gadgets. (Set them on vibrate if you have kids.) Nothing quashes romance faster than someone texting during dinner.
