• ¾ tube of Ritz crackers, rolled into fine crumbs
• 3 ½ pound cans of plain, wild sockeye salmon
• 3 eggs
• ½ cup chopped onions
• ½ cup chopped celery
• Johnny’s Seasoning (or your seasoning salt of choice), to taste

In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together, and add Johnny’s Seasoning to taste.

Form into patties. Cover bottom of frying pan with oil and fry at medium-high, flipping halfway between. Serve.

Yield: 15 patties
