With temperatures skyrocketing, itís crucial to remain hydrated. Richard Wiese, host of Born to Explore, attests that dehydration can cause fatigue, joint and pain stiffness. ďAt one time or another I have been in unique destinations around the world where creativity has been key in staying hydrated,Ē Wiese says. His smart ideas:

ē Flavor your water so youíll drink more. Go beyond the standard lemon and try fresh berries or cucumber; basil also adds a nice twist.

ē Use the summer as an opportunity to switch from coffee to green tea and its health benefits.

ē Add cucumber to your sandwiches ó they are almost 95% water.

ē Summerís best fruits contain water. Try peaches, watermelons or blueberries.
