How to upload a photo to one of our galleries

First things first

You must be registered and logged in to post a photo to a gallery. You can "Sign Up" or "Log In" from the links in the black bar at the top of the page.

Once you are logged in, you will see your avatar and username in the black bar where the Sign Up and Log In links were before.

Go to the Galleries page

There are a number of ways to get there, but the quickest is to click on "Submit a Photo" in the Featured navigation in the black bar at the top of the page.

Select your gallery

Click on the "Upload Your Photo" link under the gallery you want.

Select your photo

Are you logged in? If not, this step won't work. Go back to the top of this page and start over with step one.

Please note that there are size restrictions for images. They must be smaller than 6MB.

Click the "Browse" button and navigate to the photo on your computer that you wish to upload. Highlight the photo and click "Open."

If you want to add more than one photo, click "Add another."

Upload

Once you've selected all of your photos, click "Upload."

Fill in the details

You will need to put a Title and Description on your photo. Only the description will appear in the gallery, so put whatever you want others to see in the description box.

You cannot edit the description after you click "Submit."

Click "Submit"

You'll get a message thanking you for contributing your photo with the option to either view the same gallery or go to another one.
